Nursing Director, Ozarks Dialysis in Springfield, MO.
Director of Clinical Operations, Kidney Disease Centers of the Ozarks (Renal Care Group) Springfield, Branson, Bolivar, Mountain Grove and Lebanon.
Clinical Nurse Specialist, Springfield Nephrology Associates.
LaVonne's love for Dialysis comes from her love of always wanting to "know more" and she has done extensive research on many different topics that affect the lives of Dialysis patients. She is often asked to be the Presenter at National Conferences to share her knowledge and expertise with other Dialysis professionals.
LaVonne received her Bachelor's of Science in Nursing in 1978 from the University of Missouri in Columbia. She later received her Master's of Science in Nursing at University of Kansas School of Nursing in Kansas City, KS and became Board Certified as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Adult Health in 1997.
She began her career in Dialysis in 1982 when she took a position as a Hemodialysis and Peritoneal Dialysis staff nurse for Dialysis Clinic's Inc in Columbia, MO.
