The different dialysis therapies are called “modalities,” and we offer all of them. We have modality options both in the outpatient facilities and our acute dialysis program. Our staff will provide you with the education and tools you need to choose the best fit for your life and your family.
Our units offer treatment to patients who have been hospitalized due to kidney injury or kidney failure. We also provide therapy to non-kidney patients recovering from medical procedures.

Dialysis and transplants are the two treatments for kidney failure. We can refer you to a kidney transplant center, whether you are looking for a preemptive or early transplant. We work with transplant centers in Missouri and Arkansas.
We help patients with advanced symptoms and patients who do not want to pursue dialysis by working with their other care providers to medically manage their kidney disease. We work to slow kidney disease progression as much as possible through proper nutrition, diet and procedures. We can also coordinate care with hospice programs if you wish.
